About the training program

The program is implemented within the framework of the profile 11.03.02 Infocommunication technologies and communication systems. The program is aimed at training specialists who are proficient in the methods and algorithms for constructing infocommunication processes and objects. Students will learn to implement and operate innovative equipment for infocommunication systems and modernize existing equipment, develop and design telecommunication networks of various levels, install and configure electronic devices. They will also be able to create their own original software and hardware to ensure access and exchange of information.

What do graduates do?

Most disciplines are mastered under the guidance of practicing teachers from leading telecommunication companies of the Kaliningrad region - Rostelecom, MTS and others. Practical classes are conducted on the basis of modern infocommunication equipment. After training, graduates are in demand in the labor market. Graduates become developers, designers, equipment operation engineers, specialists in the modernization of network facilities, information security, and so on. Bachelor's degree graduates will be able to continue their education without interruption from work in specialized master's and then postgraduate programs of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University.
