The duration of the training is 4 years. The program is aimed at acquiring skills and professional knowledge and experience in the field of planning and designing land use, rational use and protection of land; the ability to carry out accounting, cadastral assessment and registration of real estate. For practical training and acquisition of professional skills, a Resource Center for Practical Training in Land Management and Cadastres was created at the branch of the Public Law Company "Roskadastre" in the Kaliningrad Region. The venue for practical training is the State Budgetary Institution of the Kaliningrad Region "Center for Cadastral Assessment and Monitoring of Land Resources, etc.
