About the training program

The program for training specialists in the fields of modeling, designing, manufacturing technologies of modern elements of micro- and nanosystem technology. They should possess a profound knowledge in operation physics of the micro- and nanosystem devices and electronics elements, as well as computer modeling methods and domain-specific programs.
