About the training program

The program for training specialists familiar with the creation and management principles of geoinformatic systems and complexes, with the gathering and processing methods of spacial data. They should be capable of applying modern methods and tools for modelling of geographic systems and feature complexes. The program specialists possess skills of designing geoinformatic models of real-life objects, apply geoinformatic analysis methods in various industries, develop geoinformatic systems and complexes.

  • Perform certain technological operations concerning processing and analysis of the data obtained by remote geosensing
  • Perform technological operations when working with the geoinformatic systems
  • Develop geoinformatic system software

- Cadastral Engineer - Geoinformatic System and Complex Specialist - Spatial Database Operator - Geoinformatic System Analyst - Remote Sensing and Data Processing Specialist - Cartographer Program graduates can explore the following career paths: - Spatial database operator → spatial database administrator → spatial database developer - GIS specialist → GIS analyst (senior GIS specialist) → head of the GIS and cartography department. The program graduates are in demand in solving problems of spatial resources and facilities management.
