About the training program

The program for training specialists familiar with the methods for synthesizing and researching macromolecular and organometallic compounds, the technological foundation for their production, as well as the current and promising fields of practical application of these compounds and their derived materials. They are skilled at selecting appropriate and effective methods for synthesizing and studying macromolecular and organometallic compounds according to specified tasks and implementing these methods in practice; they can choose the conditions and parameters for the technology of producing macromolecular and organometallic compounds.

What will they teach you?

  • Select methods and tools that are appropriate for the tasks and goals of their research in the respective field of chemistry, chemical technology, and related sciences
  • Conduct independent research on macromolecular and organometallic compounds using physicochemical and other methods and establish the relationship between structure and properties
  • Synthesize macromolecular and organometallic compounds with a specified set of properties, develop the technological foundations for their production, and identify practical applications
  • Analyze and systematize scientific and technical information related to the research topic in accordance with the assigned tasks.

What do graduates do?

- Research Chemist - Chemical Technologist - Process Engineer - Analytical Chemist Over an average of 5 years, graduates of the program may follow this career path: synthetic chemist/technologist/analyst → laboratory manager/production supervisor
