About the training program

The educational programme ‘Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials’ is based on an integrated approach to the professional training of specialists in the field of nanoengineering. The programme involves the study of the fundamental principles of natural sciences and materials science, as well as modern methods of production and diagnostics of nanomaterials and nano-objects in the chemical industry and electronics. In addition, students of this speciality study the basics of design and documentation of technological processes. Thanks to this approach, graduates of the speciality are able to realise themselves in various spheres of professional activity.

What will they teach you?

  • Development and optimisation of nanomaterials manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of material properties at the nanoscale and their differences from macroscopic properties.
  • Development of nanoparticles, nanostructured materials and coatings.
