Employment assistance
As part of cooperation with employers and partners, more than 20 career events are held annually in online and offline formats, such as company presentations, career days, the "Week without Turnstiles" campaign, thematic meetings of employers with first-year students as part of the "Career Guidance Hour", specialized courses on "Job Search Technology", and Head recruiting portal trainings. Hunter, SuperJob aimed at obtaining the skills of successful employment of graduates and the adaptation of a young specialist to the labor market conditions, including the use of remote technologies, etc.
Personal work is underway with graduates to promote their employment and interaction with employers. Students and graduates can seek advice on professional self-determination, resume preparation, and interviewing at any time.

LLC Bashneft-Petrotest
The company is a long-standing significant partner of the UUST. Within the framework of the cooperation agreement, it takes an active part in training high-level geophysicists, sponsors the creation of a modern educational laboratory and provides places for student internships and employment.

Together with the UUST, personnel is being trained for a company that has gone a long way to grow: from a narrow-profile company that performs only commissioning of automation equipment to a large and one of the few engineering organizations in the Russian Federation.
