The education of international students at Russian universities is a strategically important task. For our university, located in a border region, this area is especially relevant. We actively cooperate with universities from Asia-Pacific countries. This not only creates a unique environment for professional interaction but also enriches the educational process, enhancing the competitiveness of our students in the context of global engagement.

About the University

Pacific National University is located in Khabarovsk, the city where the development of the Russian Far East began and the country’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region was strengthened. We have inherited the spirit of pioneers and built a community of scholars, educators, and students who are ready to face the modern challenges of developing one of Russia’s key territories. We strive to integrate best practices, set trends in education, technology, and social spheres, and unite ambitious individuals to contribute to the prosperity of the Khabarovsk Territory, the Far East, and to expand Russia’s influence in East Asia.
