The Career and Competency Development Center was established on November 28, 2022 by the Order of the Rector to provide comprehensive support to students and graduates on issues of employment assistance.
Employment assistance
Regular events promoting employment of students and graduates (job fair, career day, master classes, meetings, etc.);
Interaction with employment agencies and local governments on issues of employment of students and graduates;
Participation in the development and subsequent administration of the University's digital platform for employment;
Selection of potential employers whose activities correspond to the professional competencies mastered within the framework of higher education educational programs, and ensuring the conclusion of cooperation agreements with them;
Diagnostics of supra-professional competencies (soft skills) of students and graduates, construction of individual development trajectories;
Interaction with ANO "Russia - Country of Opportunities" on the development and improvement of supra-professional competencies (soft skills) of the University's students and graduates.
