KBSU has a Career Development Department that facilitates the effective employment of young graduates, develops students' understanding of the labor market, and creates additional opportunities so that practice-oriented educational processes are even more effective.
Employment assistance
The Career Development Department includes a Career Development Center; similar centers are available in all educational structural divisions under the guidance of career managers who also work with career ambassadors from among active students.
To streamline the university's digital transformation, KBSU has introduced a digital career environment (DCE) for posting job and internship offers, selecting applicants, offering events, testing, forging personnel pools, etc.
Media support for employment and job placement of graduates is provided in 17 Telegram and VK channels integrated with the DCE; information is also communicated to students by career development managers in WhatsApp groups.
On DCE, students looking for part-time work or temporary employment can answer the questionnaire to find the type of employment they want.

Mainly engaged in engineering surveys, engineering design, construction project management, construction control, architectural supervision, and engineering consulting, the company offers jobs to graduates of the Institute of Architecture, Construction, and Design.

The Government of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic is the republic’s permanent supreme executive body whose agencies employ KBSU alumni of different years and departments.
Republican Hospital
The Republican Clinical Hospital (RCH) under the Ministry of Health of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic is the main multidisciplinary healthcare institution in Kabardino-Balkaria, which provides a wide range of medical services to the population.

The public executive authority of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic that implements the state policy, legal regulation, and control in healthcare has a long history of fruitful cooperation with KBSU.
