About the training program
The aim of the programme is to train specialists capable of analysing and proposing solutions to the problems of interaction between nature, technology and society in the "nature-technology-social-human" system, of anticipating the socio-human consequences of natural and technogenic risks associated with the introduction and operation of innovative technological systems, and of exercising their socio-human expertise. The peculiarity of this new training lies in its interdisciplinary nature, in the combination of basic and applied research components, in the appeal to the methodology of evaluation of engineering and technology.
