About the training program
The educational programme in the direction ‘Philology’, profile ‘Russian language and literature’ is designed to form students' knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of classical philology.
The aim of the programme is to prepare competent students who know the history of Russian language and literature, as well as the current state of Russian and foreign philology, who are able to critically consider the theoretical background and different approaches of scientists.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of Philology (Russian Language and Literature) can work in all spheres of life: spiritual, social, political, etc. Our graduates work in schools, colleges, editorial offices of newspapers and magazines, radio and television, libraries, museums. Among them there are many political figures, scientists, journalists, poets, writers.
In the course of their studies, students have the opportunity to interact with representatives of the education administration, to undergo practical training and internships in public and private general education institutions, lyceums and gymnasiums.
